Joanne S. Bachman, 73, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Gary L. Bachman. They celebrated 48 years of marriage last November. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Sarah (Bennyhoff) Senavitis. Joanne worked in the maintenance department of the Bethlehem Area School District. She was an honorary life member of the Teamsters Local 773 in Allentown.

Survivors: Her husband; her sisters-in-law, Janice Galassi and Gloria Senavitis, both of Bethlehem; nieces Rachel Galassi of Wilkes Barre, and Gina Stephens of Poughkeepsie, NY ; and a nephew Taylor Galassi of Bethlehem. She was predeceased by her brother Albert who died in 2010.
