Obituary for Kenneth Alan Luybli

Kenneth A. Luybli, 58, of Hellertown, passed away peacefully surrounded by his beloved family and friends on May 21, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Wanda (Cawley) Luybli. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Joseph and Shirley (Beil) Luybli. He was a 1977 graduate of Saucon Valley High and held an Associate Degree from Northampton Community College in Automotive Technology. He worked as a mechanic for Lynn’s Garage in Easton until 1997. Following that, he became the Roadmaster for Lower Saucon Township, which he did until retiring recently. He was a life member of the Southeastern Fire Company where he was Fire Chief for over 20 years. He was also the Lower Saucon Township Fire Marshall from 2001 until retiring in February.
Surviving with his wife are his to daughters: Kenda, wife of Kyle Bartholomew, and Allee, wife of Gregory Nolf, both of Wassergass; and a granddaughter, Payson Bartholomew; a brother, Joseph and his wife Diane of Hellertown; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
All are invited to gather with the family from 9 – 11 AM on Tuesday, May 29th at the Falk Funeral Home, 1418 Main St., Hellertown. A celebration of his life will follow at 11 AM. Following the service, he will be laid to rest in Hellertown Union Cemetery.
