Obituary for Norma Marshall

Norma Marshall, 75, of Pennsburg, passed away peacefully in Jefferson Hospital on December 8, 2018. She was the beloved wife of Alexander Marshall. They celebrated 54 years of marriage in June. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Edward L. and Harriet J. (Nesbit) Black. She was an Executive Secretary and Administrative Assistant during her career, first working for the former Unisys Corp. in Blue Bell and then for the former Union National Bank, now Univest in the Kulpsville and Lansdale offices. She was a member of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pennsburg.

Surviving with her husband are her daughters: Nicole, wife of John Sylvester of Green Lane (Tylersport), and Allison, wife of Peter Cipriano of Harleysville (Woxall), a son-in-law, Thomas Alcaro; her grandchildren: Thomas, Jacob, Sarah, Belgium, Emalene, Nathan, and Connor; and a brother, Edward Black Jr. of Florida. She was predeceased by a daughter, Beth Ann Alcaro and siblings: Nancy and James.

All are invited to gather with the family from 10-11 AM on Monday, December 17, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 81 N. Main St., Pennsburg 18073. The gathering will be followed by a service in the church Sanctuary at 11AM.
