Helen M. Mensch, 89, of Pennsburg, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2016. She was the wife of the late John “Jack” Mensch who died in 2008. Born in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Rose (Emhof) Kelly. She worked for many years as a waitresss at the former Meyers Restaurant in Quakertown before retiring in 1990. Helen was a devoted member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Pennsburg.

Surviving are her sons: Charles Mundy and his wife Susan of Palmyra, PA, John Mensch and his wife Deborah of Royersford, PA, and James Mensch and his wife Laurene of Irma, SC; daughters: Janet, wife of David Pursel of Bechtelsville, PA, and Nancy Paskel of Virginia Beach, VA; eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was also predeceased in death by her siblings: Charles, Joseph, Donald, Dorothy, Regina, and Rose.

Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Rd, Pennsburg, PA 18073. All are invited to gather with the family at the church from 10 AM until Mass begins. Interment will follow the Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg.
