Luch W Stifnell passed away October 16th, 2018 at the age of 91. He was Proprietor and president of Stifnell's Auto Body for 35 years. He was also president of LSJ Associates where he designed a vacuum sanding system and manufactured several tools for the auto body industry. He was an avid painter and woodworker and made personalized canes for many friends.
He served in the military in the occupational forces in Germany during WWII. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #620 F&AM and was active in his church.
He was the loving husband of E. Jean (Heckman) Stifnell and they celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in July. Along with his wife he is survived by his daughter, Karen Jaggers of Gainesville, FL, and a son, Jeffrey A Stifnell and his wife Donna of Green Lane and grandchildren: Sarah and Ryan, a brother Louis Stifnell of Limerick and his sister Joanne Radcliffe, of Spring City. He was predeceased by two children from a prior marriage.
There will be a memorial service at 3PM on Sunday, November 4 at Old Goshenhoppen Reformed Church, 2092 Church Road, Woxall, PA 18979. All are welcome to visit beginning at 2:30 pm.
